FROM MORNING BREWS TO EVENING SIPS

"These are a few of my favorite drinks—from comforting classics 

to refreshing pick-me-ups!"

Morning Honey Cinnamon Oat Milk Latte (No Coffee)

A cozy caffeine-free latte to warm you up!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla or unflavored protein powder


Instructions:

  1. Heat the oat milk in a saucepan or microwave until steaming.
  2. Stir in honey, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  3. Whisk or froth until foamy.
  4. Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.


Protein count (approximate):

  • Whey or plant-based protein: 1 scoop = ~20–25g protein
  • Collagen peptides: 1 scoop = ~10g protein

Coffee Protein Drink

Coffee Cravings, Protein Gains.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tsp magnesium citrate (powder or liquid supplement)
  • 2 tablespoons (or 2 scoops) collagen peptides
  • 2 tablespoons (or 1 scoop) Javy protein coffee concentrate
  • 1 cup chocolate protein drink (ready-to-drink or mixed with water/milk)
  • 4 pumps butter toffee Skinny Syrup (or about 2 tablespoons)
  • Chocolate syrup (to line the glass)


Instructions:

  1. Swirl chocolate syrup around the inside of your glass and set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine ice, magnesium citrate, collagen peptides, Javy protein coffee, chocolate protein drink, and butter toffee syrup.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into the prepared glass and enjoy!


Estimated Total Protein:

43 to 53 grams of protein in one drink


Mid-Morning Green Glow Smoothie

Packed with energy and nutrients!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 green apple (sliced)
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or water
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Ice (optional)
  • 1 scoop protein powder


Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass


Total Protein:

22-27 grams

Afternoon Iced Strawberry Basil Refresher

A sweet and herby refresher to power through the afternoon.


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (hulled)
  • 2–3 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup cold water or sparkling water
  • Ice


Instructions:

  1. Muddle strawberries, basil, and honey in a glass.
  2. Add lemon juice and cold water.
  3. Stir well, strain if desired, and serve over ice.

Golden Hour Turmeric Tonic

Anti-inflammatory and calming, perfect before dinner.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon


Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a mug.
  2. Stir well and sip slowly while you wind down.

Evening Lavender Chamomile Sleepy Tea

Relax and prepare for restful sleep.


Ingredients:

  • 1 chamomile tea bag
  • 1/4 tsp dried lavender (or a lavender tea blend)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup warm milk (oat or almond is great)

Instructions:

  1. Steep the tea and lavender in hot water for 5–7 minutes.
  2. Add warm milk and honey.
  3. Stir, strain if needed, and enjoy before bed.

Hot Chocolate

Popular comfort drink!


Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons 100% cocoa powder (I recommend Ghirardelli brand)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup whole milk


Throw in some chocolate chips and stir

Top with marshmallows

It doesn't get any simpler than this!
